Return Window

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: You can return any new product within 30 days of purchase if you’re unhappy for any reason. Simply email returns@elarafae.com to initiate the return process.

Condition of Returns

  • Original Condition: Returned items must be in their original state and unused. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Method

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items: All items in the PreLoved category, including lightly used jewelry and outside brands, are final sale and non-refundable. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • Custom Size Cord Bracelets: Custom size cord bracelets are made to order and are also considered final sale. These items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing and shipping.

Exchange Policy

  • Damaged Products: We offer exchanges for the same product if it arrives damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

International Returns

  • US and Canada: We currently ship within the US and Canada. Canadian customers must follow the same return guidelines. Please note, Canadian customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees upon delivery. These costs are non-refundable.

Process

  1. Email Us: Contact returns@elarafae.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely package it.
  3. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method to send the item back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or exchange the item if it was damaged.
